1. Eligibility:
- The HVAC Unit Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to customers who purchase an HVAC unit during the month of October 2023 from Eco-Living Home Improvement.
- Participants must be legal residents of El Paso,TX and surrounding areas and must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
2. Entry Period:
- The Entry Period for the Giveaway begins on October 1, 2023, and ends on October 31, 2023.
3. How to Enter:
- Eligible participants will automatically receive one entry for every qualifying HVAC unit purchased during the Entry Period.
4. Prize:
- One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of the HVAC unit purchased by the winner during the Entry Period.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
5. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Eco-Living Home Improvement on November 3,2023, shortly after the end of the Entry Period.
6. Winner Notification:
- The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within seven (7) days of the drawing.
- The winner must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Publicity:
- By entering, participants agree to allow Eco-Living Home Improvement to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. General Conditions:
- Eco-Living Home Improvement reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the Official Rules.
- Eco-Living Home Improvement reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the control of Eco-Living Home Improvement that impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability:
- Participants agree to release and hold harmless Eco-Living Home Improvement from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
10. Governing Law:
- The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of El Paso,TX.
